"Al" was born to George Walker and Rebecca Simmons. A native Washingtonian, who loved cooking. He lived life to the fullest. Left to cherish memories are his son, Brian Waters, siblings Jennie Glasgow, Joyce Marshburn Hoe, Gregory Simmons, and David Marshburn, devoted friend Janet Waters, and a host of other relatives and friends.
