Andrea Patricia Harper 73, peacefully passed away Thursday February 18, 2021. She is survived by her father James Harris, two sisters, Sherdina (Elliot), Janel. Her loving niece and nephews Lanise (Anthony), Jamaal, Jamil, a great niece Sakaiya.
