Ms. Annie Alice Childs Marion (Affectionately called Sara by family and close friends.) 78, of Greenville, South Carolina, passed away on Sunday, July 2, 2023, at Patewood Post Acute. She was born to the late Amos (Chiles) Childs, Sr. and Gussie Anna Sullivan Childs on January 18, 1945.
Sara was predeceased by siblings, Edyth Mae Turner, Miles Edward Childs, Dora Lee Robinson, Amos Childs, Jr., Macey Wilkins, and Alfred Wilkins, and husband, Butch Marion.
Sara is survived by her Sister, Carrie Nelson of Washington, DC, Brother-in-law, John E. Robinson, Jr. of Maryland, Aunt, Dora Lee Parks of Charlotte, NC, three generations of Nieces and Nephews, Mary Turner, John E. Robinson III, Melvin Williams, Sharon L. Robinson, Donnika Childs, Kevin Childs, Antonio Turner, Artegus Turner, Charmaine Turner-Choens, and Daisha Franklin, cousins Louise and Lorraine Childs of Greenville, SC, Toylee Parks, Steven Richardson and a multitude of other relatives (which includes Childs, Sullivan, and Richardson) and friends.
