Anya Williams was born March 11, 2008, she was the most sweetest person. She would give you the shirt off her back. Anya was a true big sister, her little sister annoyed her everyday but she still makes sure she felt loved by her. Anya was she older siblings favorite. Anya would go to protest for woman’s right, she was able to go to Kamala Harris rallies. She was so excited. My baby was a light for a lot of people. She was the only child I know that loved to volunteer, she loved to help it didn’t matter what it was. She would do Art all Night, go pass out food to the homeless, she would help with her family business which is event planning, she loved going to church. She would come to my room every Sunday morning and say mom do you have to work today or are we going to Church. She made it her priority to go to church and days when I had to work she would watch online and call me to give me a little bit of what she learned. Anya loved music, it was not a show coming to DC that was not going to be at. She loved to travel. After my husband passed she stepped up and helped me with everything at times I had to remind her it was my job to take care of them. One of the last things she said to me was, "I will be okay because you always pray over this family." I will finish off with one of her favorite quotes: "Give the girl the right shoes and she will take over the world!"
