Charles R. Manago passed away peacefully on November 21, 2025. A dedicated professional, he retired as a Master Electrician from the Fairfax County Government after a long and respected career marked by skill, service, and integrity.
He was the proud father of three children: Chiquita Manago Haywood, Tawanna Manago, and Charles R. Manago, Jr., a beloved grandfather and joyful great-grandfather. Charles’s life was filled with devotion to his family and a quiet strength that uplifted all who knew him.
His memory will be cherished always by his family, friends, and all those who will remember him for his kindness, humor, steady presence, and love he shared so generously.
