Ciera Emoni ("Be the Best You" Cee-Cee) Graham

Ciera was born on July 30, 2003 in Washington, DC. Her sudden departure was on July 17, 2023 in Maryland.  Our love and cherished memories of her will always warm our hearts. Ciera is survived by: her parents Melissa Brantley (Keith), and Dexter Graham,  siblings Kenyada Black, Ashley and Talisha Graham, David and Joel Williams, grandparents: Willbert & Teressa Brantley and Gean "Effie" Graham, uncles and aunts: Eric Wilkins, Keonte, Torrance, Mary and Shirley Brantley, Betty Gross, Beatrice Mayes, LaWand Morgan, Deidra Vest, godparents: Tawanna McMillan,  Melissa Dickerson, Carlito Gutierrez and John Joseph Best, and a host of other relatives and friends.
