Of Washington, DC, transitioned peacefully on Saturday, September 6, 2025.  Mrs. Williams is a 1949 graduate of Cardozo High School.  She is survived by her daughter, Wandra Williams-Perkins (Walter); her grandchildren, Apryl Norman and Roderick Williams (Shadonna); other relatives, her Holy Redeemer Church family, and friends.
