Doris "Tunk" Creasey

was born in War, West Virginia to Carrie Mae Lowe and the late Frank N. Lowe. She moved to Washington, D.C. with her parents and family in 1956. She was married to the late Thurman Creasey. She is survived by her loving son Kenneth Lowe, devoted mother Carrie Mae Lowe, loving brothers Sidney Lowe and Willie Gwyn, and devoted sister Frances Lowe. She is also survived by a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, other relatives and friends.
