A servant of the Lord, loving Mother, Grandmother, Great-Grandmother, Sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on May 10, 2026. Frances is survived by her children, James Edward and Desiree A. Fletcher; granddaughters, Timi Carter and Janee Tolson; great-grandchildren, Joelle, Jace, Jazara, and Zru; beloved lifelong friend James "Slim" Wilson; special nieces, Shirlene Furbush and Bonita Bigelow; and a host of other relatives, fellow members of the National Court Knights of Peter Claver Ladies Auxiliary, and friends.
