Frederick W. Hemsley, Jr. of Washington DC, passed away peacefully on May 24, 2025. He is survived by his beloved wife, Pearly M. Hemsley; their children, Angela, William, Majur, Ghana and Anita, former wife, Barbara Jones Hemsley, the mother of their children; Theresa, Gail, and Janice, 14 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren. He is also survived by one sister, Margaret Wilkins, a host of nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
