Jean Dow Bulluck

Jean Dow-Bulluck was born and raised in the District of Columbia. Jean leaves to cherish her memory, her son, Tyrell Dow; her daughter, Manika Morgan and son-in-law, Donte Randall; grandsons, Khalil and Kaiden Randall; six siblings, Michael Dow, Carlton Skookie" Dow (Doris), James Dow (De'Ana), Darlene Oden (Kevin), Kristy Johnson, and Ada Hicks Roach. She also leaves a host of nieces and nephews and many more family and friends, including devoted friends, Von Deleah "Bonnie" Williams, Samone Hinton, Monica Martin, and Quinzine "Lou" Mack. She was preceded in death by her husband, James "Ty" Bulluck; parents James F. and Melva C. Dow; and siblings Eugene Thomasson and Carolyn Mitchell.
