Was born in Washington D.C. to Jennings GlenOliver and Emma Lorraine. After graduating from high school he joined the Air Force to serve his country. He enjoyed family and teaching them valuable life lessons and how to love. His legacy lives on through his wife; Covera, children, Andre, Gregory, Kimberly, Anthony, Eugene, and William; siblings, Norman and Jaqueline, grandchildren, cousins, and many other family and friends.
