Jose Diogenes Gallo was born on Wednesday, April 4, 1945 in El Salvador, son of Maria Educigo Gallo and Santos Espinoza. He came from a family of 3 brothers and 2 sister.
On February 14, 1967, at the age of 22, he married Maria de Carmen Guzman, who at that time was 18 years old. He immigrated to the United States in 1974 and his wife soon joined him.
They worked hard for years and 15 years later they brought 2 of their 4 daughters who left El Salvador. The third daughter emigrated by her own means and the eldest managed to emigrate legally with 2 grandchildren 7 years ago.
In 1996 he separated from his wife; they never divorced or had a different partner. They kept in touch all these years.
He became a member of the Church over 19 years ago, becoming a Deacon and servant to the Lord in the Church.
He is survived by his wife, 4 daughters, 12 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren. He was a father very dedicated to bringing his daughters and family forward. He had a calm, friendly, and cheerful character. His favorite hobby is following sports of all categories.
We will miss him and he will forever live in our hearts. Until the Second Coming of Christ Jesus!
