Affectionately known as "Man" or "Lil Walt" was born in Washington, DC to the late greats Theresa and Little Walter Price, Sr. He leaves to cherish his memory: Grandmother; Missie Branch, Siblings; Shaunteka and Anthony Sr. (Stacey), Son; Nizaiah, Step-Daughter; Paityn, Niece; De'June, Nephews; Anthony Jr., Naiim, Ramari and Messiah, Aunts; Ada, Helen, Elizabeth, Jacqueline (Kenneth), Deborah,  Willette, Lawanna (Brian), Dot (Jackie), Uncles; Robert, Andre, William III (Sherdina), Cousin; Laya (Tye), mother of his children; Jazmine Smith and a host of friends and coworkers.
