Paul Terry Roach

Paul Terry Roach, also known as Debo, Papa, Big Roach, Sabino and Terry, was born May 7, 1964 to the late Brenda J. Givens-Roach and Albert Roach, Sr.  Paul was born and raised in Washington, DC. He was the third child out of twelve siblings; 4 sisters and 7 brothers. Paul began his education in the District of Columbia Public School System where he earned his high school equivalency/GED certification in the Federal Bureau of Prison in 1991 along with earning numerous certifications such as a Certified Brick Masonry. Paul also began to pursue his higher education learning from the University of District of Columbia while in the Federal Bureau of Prison. The beloved Paul departed peacefully on Monday, April 11, 2022.
