Born in Washington, DC, on April 16, 1953, to Veronica Elizabeth and Howard Leon Wynn. She departed her earthly life on February 4, 2026. Paula was educated in the Prince George's County Public School system. She later started her career as a federal government employee. Paula devoted her life to raising her daughter, Roneesha Wynn, with all her love and care. Paula leaves behind her daughter, her siblings: Patricia, Deborah, Wanda, Lisa, and Jeffrey, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Her services will be at a later time. Heaven is her Home.
