Reginald E. Waters, age 50, of Washington, DC. passed away suddenly on October 22, 2018.  Mr. Waters, a native of Spartanburg, SC., was the founder and chairman of AED, Inc. an engineering firm based in Prince Georges County, Maryland. 

Mr. Waters was a graduate of Howard University School of Engineering and a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity.

He leaves behind his wife of 19 years, Marsha; three children, Maxim, Elle, and Harper; mother Bernice Lewis; siblings Scarlette Johns, Ricky Tolliver, and Christopher Tolliver; other family members; and friends.
