Rolando was the son of Amy Irene Edwards Andrewn and William Alexander Andrewn, a Washington, DC resident, and worked as the Director of Breathe DC INC in the United States of America. He is survived by his loving sister Shamelli I. Andrewn, and a host of extended family members and friends.
