Ruth Ann Spencer-Hart Obituary
Was born in Lunenburg County, Virginia to the late Viola Spencer and was also predeceased by her brother Frankie Spencer and grandmother. She graduated from Spingarn Senior High School in Washington, DC. Her professional career was with Children's National Hospital Center in the District. There she worked in the Environmental Service Department and later became a Patient Assistant. Ruth brought much pleasure to the Pediatric Intistive Care Unit. She leaves fond memories to her loving husband Billy Hart, son Russell Hart, grandchildren Madison Christian, Raley Spencer, and Tye Hart, brother David (Anna) Spencer, stepdaughter Tanisha Hart, nieces Taylor and Scottie Spencer, best friend Beverly (Kevin) Queen, and a host of other relatives and friends.
