Thaddeus Lee McNeill was born in Stafford County, Virginia on February 6, 1977 to his mother Patricia McNeill. He is survived by his wife Deborah Godwin, siblings Monty and Shalonda McNeill, aunts Gail and Jennifer McNeill, grandmother Louis McNeill, and devoted friend Robert O'Boyle. Thaddeus will also be missed by a host of other relatives and friends.
