Steven Neigel Brown, also known as Peppy, was born in Washington, DC on September 5, 1950 to Kelly Brown, Sr., and Annie Brown.
He leaves to cherish his memories his daughter, Vanya (Vonnie) Brown; his son, Kevin Brown (Shantae); his grandson, Jaden Crosson; his brothers, Kelly Brown, Jr., and Kenneth Brown; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic face mask must be worn by everyone, only 10 people at a time are allowed in for the viewing, and only the immediate family present at the service.
